Raw Material, Treatment and Finishing
We mainly use Mango wood and sheesham wood in our production of wood artware. Wood used is kiln seasoned to 8%  to 12% moisture level and is chemically treated. For crafting Iron artware, we  use drawn steel in our entire production. We have an in-house 7-tank chemical treatment process, an ETP plant and a powder coating plant.

Dies, Fixtures & Stencils
For design accuracy, we use dies, fixtures or stencils depending on the product concerned.

Inspections & Quality Control
A web of stringent quality control measures adapted at different levels of production ensures that SNEH products adhere to the very highest international quality standards. Each and every item is inspected minutely before final packing, by our team of experienced quality control staff. Relevant instruments are used in checking various product quality parameteres like moisture content in wood before and after it is used for production, micron levels in powder coating of iron products etc.

Packing
Strong export worthy cartons are used to ship the merchandise. Goods are carefully handled and packed to ensure that they reach its destination in perfect condition. We also pack as per clients specific requirements. We also pack as per clients specific requirements – like display boxes, presentation printed Color boxes etc.

Bar Coding, Tagging and Carton Labeling
We print and tag Bar code labels and other lables as required by our clients.

Container Stuffing
All Iron products are factory stuffed at our Panchkula factory. For Wood products, we stuff goods at our Panchkula factory / at ICD Tuglakabad, Delhi. For Leather animals, we stuff goods at JNPT/Bombay sea port. Chess sets normally go by air which are air-lifted from IGI airport New Delhi. Container stuffing of goods is handled very carefully. Wherever required, fork lifts are used to lift heavy / fragile material.

Shipping
We ship as per nomination instructions received from our client. In absence of any nomination instructions, we will forward freight rates to you of different shipping lines / air-lines for your approval ( in case of FOB contracts )

Transit Period
For USA, its 21 days to New York by express vessel ( Indamex ). To other US ports, it may take from 30 to 40 days.
For European ports, the transit time is 25 to 35 days. For Middle East ports, its 5 to 10 days.

Documentation
All documents are prepared strictly as per LC terms. Documents are cross checked for compliance with all stipulations laid out in the contract only after which these are submitted to our bank for onward transmission to your bank.
